Manav Bhinder is a passionate filmmaker who wants to make films that entertain and yet stand the test of time. His zeal for life is unmatchable. He was in his teens when he decided that he wants to be a director. Biographies and films great filmmakers such as Martin Scorsese, James Cameron, Steven Spielberg, Yash Chopra, Hrishikesh Mukherjee inspired him to take a step further towards his goals. He then enrolled himself in Whistling Woods International. As they say, ” God helps those who help themselves”; films that Manav made as a student there in college ‘Dor..’ And ‘Phir Ek Baar..’ were appreciated and won many awards in film festivals including an award received at the prestigious Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival.

Since childhood, Manav was a keen observer of life and people. When the world around him was changing and appreciated him for his talent, he kept his undeterred focus towards his growth as a filmmaker. To get international exposure, he went to UK to study Global Media at Bournemouth University. The short films he made there also won many awards. To learn the art of writing script he did screenwriting course at MET film in London.

In aka Bollywood he has assisted filmmakers such as Karan Malhotra, Ram Gopal Verma, Rohan Sippy. In Hollywood he did internship with Warner Brothers on film Edge of Tomorrow. He was production assistant on British movie Vendetta produced by Richwater Films. At present he is making short films and enjoys working on feature films with other directors.
